Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Opensteer, including our websites, hosted agent workspaces, browser automation tools, APIs, and related services. Opensteer is operated by TrendUp AI, Inc.
By using Opensteer, you agree to these Terms. If you use Opensteer on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. The service
Opensteer lets users create and run specialized AI agents in local or hosted workspaces. Agents may interact with browsers, terminals, files, third-party sites, APIs, and integrations that you configure or authorize.
You are responsible for the instructions, credentials, data, websites, accounts, workflows, and outputs you choose to use with Opensteer.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, workspace, API keys, and connected provider accounts.
You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Opensteer to break the law, violate third-party rights, bypass security controls, distribute malware, scrape or spam in violation of applicable rules, or access accounts or systems without authorization.
You may not use Opensteer to generate, transmit, or act on content that is fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
4. Third-party services
Opensteer can connect to third-party services and websites at your direction. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. TrendUp AI, Inc. is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or decisions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your automation workflows comply with the terms and policies of the services you connect.
5. Customer data and outputs
You retain rights to the data, prompts, files, credentials, and outputs you provide or generate through Opensteer, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs and actions before relying on them, especially where they may affect customers, payments, legal obligations, employment, security, or other material decisions.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans, usage credits, metered usage, and subscription terms are shown in the product or order flow. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and usage-based amounts.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively by updating the service or notifying affected customers.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Opensteer as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may impose or adjust limits to protect the service, manage infrastructure, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Opensteer is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendUp AI, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
You may stop using Opensteer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or others, or fail to pay amounts owed.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.
